Our esteemed panel will discuss these important updates regarding the interplay between eDiscovery and developing privacy regimes in Canada, the role of information governance to facilitate eDiscovery and the ever-growing body of case law.

As the Manager of Litigation Support & eDiscovery, Gretel oversees the day to day operations of Gowling WLG’s eDiscovery Management Group providing cost effective, proportionate and defensible eDiscovery strategies, advice, case management and litigation support to Gowling and its clients.

Founding Partner in DMG Advocates LLP, a commercial litigation boutique based in Toronto. Kathryn has a broad civil litigation practice that includes large, complex commercial disputes. She has expertise working with digital evidence at all stages of litigation matters from discovery to hearings. Kathryn is a member of the Superior Court of Justice Civil Working Group and sits on the Ontario Civil Rules Committee. She is the Chair of The Sedona Conference Working Group 7, Sedona Canada.
